​​Umaimart is looking for a confident and friendly Shop Relations Assistant to help expand our vendor network.

In this role, you will be the face of Umaimart,

visiting local businesses to showcase how our platform can help them reach more customers.​

Your Responsibilities

​Field Visits: Visit selected shops within your assigned area.

​Onboarding: Explain the benefits of the Umaimart.lk platform to shop owners.​

Logistics Education: Inform vendors that Umaimart handles all product deliveries to customers.​

Contracting: Facilitate the signing of a simple partnership agreement with Umaimart.lk.​

Data Collection: Gather product details, pricing, and photos from the shops and relay this information to our team via WhatsApp.​What We Expect​

Language Skills:

Excellent communication skills. Tamil is a must; proficiency in English or Sinhala is a significant bonus.​Professionalism:

A respectful and confident demeanor when engaging with shop owners.​

Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using a smartphone, particularly for communication via WhatsApp.​

Attributes: Honest, reliable, and highly motivated.​Mobility: Having your own mode of transport is a major advantage.
